PInguicula primuliflora "Rose"
Temperate Pinguicula of North America.
It produces a beautiful pastel purple flower with many petals, almost forming a rose, hence the name.
It loves high levels of water, so it is grown by keeping the jar almost completely immersed in water.
It loves to be shaded but also grows well in full sun after acclimatization.
It is grown in peat and perlite.
It resists temperatures below zero if protected from the wind.
in winter the water can be reduced to half the pot.

La pinguicula temperata ama il sole diretto ma nei mesi caldi e' preferibile tenerla ombreggiata.
In inverno ama il sole pieno anche se molte specie si ritirano in ibernacolo nascondendosi sotto il terreno dove resistono a temperature molto al di sotto dello zero.

Ama acqua piovana ed un alto livello idrico, fino quasi a toccare le foglie. In inverno si riduce fino a meta' vaso.
